2019 PONY East Zone Nationals Scholarships

PONY East Zone has awarded over $110,000 in scholarships to tournament participants since 2013!

You must have been accepted and attending a post-secondary school (2 or 4 year college) in the Fall of 2019 and be playing in the 2020 PONY East Zone Nationals to be eligible to apply for the scholarships.

Number and amount of scholarships is determined by the number of teams playing in the event.

Apply by completing the fillable form and attach items below and email entire packet to s.hopkins@pony.org

I.  Attach a transcript (unofficial).

 

II. Submit one letter of recommendation.  This should from someone other than a coach.

 

 

III. List school, community and PONY softball activities in which you have been involved with 9th 

through 12 grade.  Include leadership roles and special honors.

 

 

IV. Submit an essay based on the following: (This is to be no more than 100 words.) My personal 

growth has been influenced by playing PONY softball. How does the PONY acronym have meaning

to you?
