                                                Teams do NOT need to be present for this draw

Wednesday, July 19                         

10:30 am                                Teams should be lined up on Field 1 at Hanson for Introduction of the teams.

11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.            Opening Celebration, Fun and Games and Player/Coach Lunch at Hanson Park                                                                                                                

11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.         Player Check in and bat testing as well as fun and games and Free lunch for players and coaches.                                                     Rain Plan Check In moves to the Lodge at Hanson Park              

 

1:30 p.m.                               Manager Mandatory Meeting at The Lode @ Hanson Park (Light Refreshments)        

7:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.             Umpire Meeting and Clinic at the Lodge Hanson Park 

Thursday, July 20

7:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m.             Late individual player check in at a location to be TBD

8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.              Pool Play Begins (3 Pool Games)
