FAQ's

 

Do we need picture ID's?- YES, any third party ID will work, school ID, Pool Pass etc.
 

Do the girls have to be present at check in?  YES, every player must sign in and present their  ID 

Do we have to use the HBC?- NO, but I wish you would.  It does not cost you anything and it helps us put on a nicer event.  If you find a cheaper price let the HBC know and they will get that same price for you.  (Same hotel, room type, dates)

Does pool play count?  YES
 

 What if a player can't make it to check in?  We are able to check in single players at each play site.  It is on the player to check in before they play.  If they play and do not check in your team will be removed from the event.
