PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SPECIAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AT CHECK IN YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A USA Softball entry form and Championship Roster both signed by your State USA Softball Commissioner or his/her designee. Your roster must be signed by all parents of players under 18 or by the player if they are over 18.

Any coach or non-player in the dugout or on the field must bring proof of their completion of the SafeSport program.

Teams must be individually registered.

One coach must be ACE Certified.
Payment must be received by the Tournament Director by 5:00 PM on 7/12/2023. All unpaid teams will be removed on 7/13, please do not wait for the last minute to mail your payment.
All players must be present with a photo ID at check-in. All teams are expected to be at check-in on 7/19, even local teams.
All bats must be compression tested prior to playing. Players and coaches found using an untested bat will be ejected.
Please contact TD if you have any questions he is happy to assist or pre-check your entry packet but the burden and responsibility falls upon the teams to meet all deadlines and have their entry completed. We will not chase teams down for paperwork or payment.
